Do I need a WiFi connection to set up and use my V2 doorbell?

To install and use the V2 doorbell, you need an existing home WiFi network as well as a smartphone or tablet with the FinexHome app installed.
With the FinexHome app, you can control all the functions of your V2 doorbell.
The V2 doorbell works perfectly on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.
The doorbell connects to your WiFi network and uses the FinexHome app to notify you when someone is near your door or within range of your video doorbell.
You can then view an HD video stream of that person and communicate with them through two-way audio.
