I want to connect the door handle to my new Wi-Fi network

If you have a new Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below to reconnect your smart door handle:

  1. Reset the door handle:
    Press and hold the RESET button on the back of the door handle for 5 seconds. The handle will reset and return to factory settings.

  2. Remove the door handle from the app:
    Open the TTLock app and remove the door handle from your account.

  3. Reinstall:
    Re-add the door handle in the app and follow the instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

After these steps, your door handle will be connected to your new Wi-Fi and ready for use.
