If you have a new Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below to reconnect your security camera:
Reset the camera:
Press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of the camera for 5 seconds. The camera will reset and return to factory settings.Remove the camera from the app:
Open the Smartlife app and remove the camera from your account.Reinstall:
Re-add the camera in the app and follow the instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.
After completing these steps, your camera will be connected to your new Wi-Fi and ready to use.
