I want to connect the security camera to my new Wi-Fi network

If you have a new Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below to reconnect your security camera:

  1. Reset the camera:
    Press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of the camera for 5 seconds. The camera will reset and return to factory settings.

  2. Remove the camera from the app:
    Open the Smartlife app and remove the camera from your account.

  3. Reinstall:
    Re-add the camera in the app and follow the instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

After completing these steps, your camera will be connected to your new Wi-Fi and ready to use.
