I’m not receiving notifications for motion or live view

Open the FinexHome app and check if notifications are enabled in the camera settings.
Then, go to your phone’s settings and make sure the app has permission to send notifications.

Are you only receiving a notification when someone rings the doorbell, but not for motion?
Try increasing the motion sensitivity (PIR) setting in the app from 'Low' to 'Medium' or 'High'.
