On some phones, it may be necessary to grant additional permissions to the app to ensure notifications are displayed correctly when someone rings the doorbell. Follow these steps:
Go to Settings on your phone.
Select Apps.
Tap the three dots (๏ธ) in the top-right corner and choose Special access.
Scroll all the way down and select Full-screen notifications.
Find and select the FinexHome app and grant permission.
This will ensure that doorbell notifications appear clearly on your screen, even when your phone is locked.
