To prevent misuse in case of theft, the camera always remains linked to the user account it was originally registered with.
A new user cannot link the device to a different account.
If the device was previously connected to an account you no longer have access to, it must first be removed from the Smartlife app before it can be added again.
If the camera has not been added to your account before, you can tap the link in the app to request disconnection from the existing account.
