To prevent misuse in case of theft, the doorbell always remains linked to the user account it was first registered with.
A new user cannot link the device to a different account.
If the doorbell was previously connected to an account you no longer have access to, it must first be removed from the Smartlife app before you can add it again.
If the doorbell has not been added to your account before, you can tap the link in the app to request disconnection from the existing account.
