My doorbell shows it’s already linked to another account

To prevent misuse in case of theft, the doorbell remains linked to the original user account.

A new user cannot link the doorbell to a different account.
If the device was previously connected to an account you no longer have access to, it must first be removed from the Smartlife app before it can be added again.

If the doorbell was not previously added to your own account, you can tap the link in the app to request the disconnection of the device.
