I want to connect the doorbell to my new Wi-Fi network

If you have a new Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below to reconnect your video doorbell:

  1. Reset the doorbell:
    Press and hold the RESET button on the back of the doorbell for 5 seconds. The doorbell will reset and return to factory settings.

  2. Remove the doorbell from the app:
    Open the Smartlife app and remove the doorbell from your account.

  3. Reinstall:
    Add the doorbell again in the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network.

After completing these steps, your doorbell will be connected to your new Wi-Fi and ready for use.
